The 651 Series offers a complete range of modular, easy-to-assemble air preparation products. It includes the several filtration options (particulate, coalescing & adsorbing) with an extensive selection of bowl types and drains. Extended temperature range capabilities (-40°F to 176°F / -40°C to 80°C) allow the 651 series to be specified across a broad range of applications and industries. Our regulators and filter-regulators provide customers with the highest in-class flows in the industry. Available port size/thread types include 1/8 and 1/4 (NPTF, ISO 228/1-G and ISO 7/1 Rc).

Particulate Filter

Coalescing Filter

• Extensive range of coalescing filter elements to remove oil and sub-micron particles down to 0.01 microns
• Optional 3 micron pre-filter integrated in the coalescing element eliminates the need for a separate particulate element. Coalescing filter elements include 0.3 and 0.01 microns
• Visual or electrical differential pressure Indicators for condition monitoring of filter element

Regulator

• High flow with a wide range of adjustable output pressure ranges
• Flows in excess of 72 SCFM (2050 L/min)
• Models include relieving, non-relieving and manifold regulators

Particulate Filter/Regulator

• High flow with a wide range of adjustable output pressure ranges
• Available elements include 5, 25 and 40 Micron

Coalescing Filter/Regulator

• Extensive range of coalescing filter elements to remove oil and sub-micron particles down to 0.01 microns

Lubricator

• Provides consistent reliable lubrication to the system
• Optional electronic liquid level indicator provides condition monitoring

Shut Off Isolation Valve

• Robust and easy-to-operate shut-off valve, with lockout (front or back) on handle
• Components can be safely removed when pressure (P2) is at zero

Slow Start/Quick Exhaust Valves – Solenoid or Air Piloted

• High exhaust capacity for quick depletion of downstream pressure
• Slow Starts provide gradual increase of pressure and full flow once 70% of inlet pressure is achieved
• Constructions includes: 3/2 Quick Exhaust, 3/2 Slow-Start/Quick-Exhaust, and 2/2 Slow

Start Diverter Block

• Ideal for branching off primary air prep manifold to add additional products or condition monitoring devices

651 Series – Air Preparation Manifold Assemblies

• Modular FRL assembly with high flow regulators and the widest in class range of selection of filtration
• Body-to-body clamps provide ease of assembly when building or servicing a manifold
• Optional end plates allow the full manifold assembly to be removed by loosening four captive screws
• FRL manifold is available in left-to-right or right-to-left configurations
